Why Tai Chi? 🤔
Through simple, graceful movements that are easy to learn, Tai Chi improves balance and decreases the risk for fall, especially in senior adults. It also helps reduce high blood pressure and eases pain and stiffness. 💪
🥰 Open to all adults over 55, so spread the word! We'd love to see you there!
