Career Development
The goal of our career development program is two-fold.
1. Stabilize families by increasing their household income
2. Provide assistance for teens to launch into a career path
We accomplish this in conjunction with our partners, Workforce Tulsa and the Goodwill Tulsa Works Career Academy.
The Common Good offers the following services:
-- OK Job Match: Establishes a personal account for resume writing, job search and exposure to employers
-- O*Net: A service allowing an individual to search any occupation, salary range, and requirements
-- OK Career Guide: Resume writing and personal assessments for career paths
-- Individual and group support to overcome financial or situational challenges that may otherwise prohibit an individual from completing their career path journey
