6 FREE cooking classes to help families eat healthier, shop smarter, and learn how to make yummy meals. Hosted by the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.

Cooking Matters is six hands-on classes taught by volunteer nutritionists and chefs. The classes are intended to teach participants nutrition information, healthy food preparation, and shopping on a limited budget. After each lesson, participants receive a bag of groceries to recreate the meal at home.

Note: When you register, you will be registering for ALL 6 classes.
